Rebecca represents FINRA® Licensed Professionals and Investment Advisory Representatives in State and Federal employment and civil expungement claims. Rebecca manages the litigation process from initial drafting to alternative dispute resolution to trial advocacy.
Rebecca has years of experience in the employment and civil litigation field and has represented clients in numerous civil hearings and trials. Rebecca’s past experience includes general civil litigation in both private practice and as an in-house attorney. She has conducted workplace investigations for Title VII violations, harassment, and other workplace complaints. She also interned with the Honorable Judge Robert McGahey at Denver District Court civil docket.
Rebecca volunteers with the Federal Pro Se Clinic at the Alfred A. Arraj Federal District Court for the District of Colorado and has been recognized for her pro bono contributions to the program. Rebecca is also a member of the Solo and Small Firm Section of the Colorado Bar Association and serves on the Board of Directors for the section.
Rebecca is originally from Minnesota and moved to Colorado in 2004. Most of her free time is spent at Colorado’s amazing dog parks with her Doxie/Jack Russell mix, Gus.
